Detox Water Recipes

Detox waters provide you with natural flavors minus the sugar dose. They prevent you from ‘Slipping up’ and eating unhealthy foods or snacks. Detoxification waters allow you to enjoy delicious treats without sacrificing. It is the healthier way to lose weight so you can fit into your favorite outfits again.

1- Lemon Ginger Detox Water
Lemon aids digestion improves skin quality, prevents kidney stones, promotes hydration, and supports weight loss. Ginger reduces muscle pain, soreness, lowers blood pressure, while red chili has antioxidant properties, and it is rich in nutrients.
Ingredients
Freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
♠ 1 Sliced lemon
♠ 1 Inch of minced ginger root
♠ 1 Tablespoon fresh grounded red chili powder
♠ 1 Liter water
How to make it?
Add lemon juice, crushed ginger root, and red chili powder in water and let it rest for 2 hours, you can also let it rest overnight. Strain it, add lemon slices, and enjoy your healthy drink.

2- Cucumber Ginger Mint Detox Water
Cucumber is high in nutrients and low in calories, it contains vitamins and acts as an oxidant. Ginger is recommended for controlling high blood pressure while honey soothes coughs, decongests, and improves metabolism.
Ingredients
♠ 1 Sliced cucumber
♠ 1 Inch of ginger minced root
♠ 10 to 15 Leaves of mint
♠ 1 Tablespoon of honey
♠ 1 Liter water
How to make it?
Add cucumber, ginger, mint, and honey in 1-liter water and leave this overnight. Strain in the morning and you are good to go.

3- Watermelon Lemon Detox Water
Watermelon is reported to fight cancer, treat muscle soreness, and prevent muscular degeneration. It also improves heart health and hydrates the body. Lemon is refreshing and an amazing oxidant while mint boosts the metabolism of the body.
Ingredients
♠ 4 Slices of watermelon
♠ 2 Sliced lemons
♠ 5 to 7 mint leaves
♠ 1 Liter water
How to make it?
Slice watermelon, add lemon juice to the mixture. You can also use sliced lemon, add all the ingredients in water and let it rest overnight. Strain in the morning and enjoy your fruity drink throughout the day.

4- Citrus Aloe Detox Water
Citrus and lemon are the perfect antioxidants and Aloe Vera gel is loaded with vitamins. This combination will refresh the body and act as a diuretic to flush the toxins out of the body. Honey is used to enhance the taste of the drink plus it promotes weight loss.
Ingredients
♠ 4 Sliced lemons
♠ 4 to 6 Tablespoon fresh aloe vera gel
♠ 1 Tablespoon honey
♠ 1 Liter water

Add lemon and fresh Aloe Vera gel in water and leave the concoction for 2 to 3 hours. Strain it, add honey, and enjoy this refreshing drink throughout the day.

5- Pear Ginger Detox Water
Pear contains antioxidants and promotes weight loss by improving digestion. Ginger helps lose weight and controls high blood pressure.

♠ 2 Thinly sliced pears
♠ 1 Inch of ginger minced root
♠ 1 Sliced lemon
♠ 1 Liter water

6- Orange Mint Detox Water
Oranges are rich in vitamin C and are recommended for improving skin health as it prevents skin damage. Mint is believed to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow, which helps to speed and ease digestion, promoting healthy weight loss.
Ingredients
♠ 2 Peeled and sliced oranges
♠ 15 to 20 Leaves of mint
♠ 1 Liter water
How to make it?
Submerge all the ingredients in a half-liter of water and leave overnight. Strain the mixture in the morning and make up the volume with the remaining half liter of water. Drink it throughout the day to lose weight with this fruity drink.

7- Apple Fennel Detox Water
Fennel promotes weight loss by relieving constipation, water retention, and improving digestion. Lemon is a natural antioxidant rich in vitamin C while apple is rich in dietary fibers and vitamins.
