I have Expertise in the Preservation of Fruit and Vegetable Juices By Non-Thermal Technologies i.e. Ultrasound, High Pressure, Pulse Electric Field etc. I have also Expertise in the Extraction of Polyphenols from fruit and Vegetable Wastes By Using Thermal and Non-thermal Technologies. Food Products Development i.e. Baking Products, Fruit Juices, Jam etc. I have a little bit of Nanotechnology.
